Tsaá with Roma

Poems & stories best shared over tea

Tsaá with Roma began as a series of conversations with poets, and has grown into a space for writing, learning, and connection.

Through workshops, shared writing practice, and conversation, we gather slowly and intentionally — supporting poets and writers to reconnect with their creative rhythm.

Bella David

I usually leave workshops with half-finished poems, but Roma’s approach actually works. I had explored three different forms and found a breakthrough for a sequence I’d been stuck on for months. It is practical magic!

Sarah Liu

I’ve always been intimidated by formal poetry workshops, but Tsaá is different. Roma facilitates with such a gentle, therapeutic touch that I felt safe enough to share a very personal project. The feedback was constructive, kind, and exactly what I needed to keep going.

Nico Smith

Roma has a gift for helping writers tap into ancestry and heritage without falling into clichés. Her masterclass helped me navigate the 'in-between' of my identity through specific metaphors I hadn't thought to use.

Tsaá with Roma: ESEA Writers' Circle

tea ceremony table wood.jpg

A monthly online writing circle created and hosted by Romalyn Ante to support and nurture emerging East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) writers. Rooted in the belief that storytelling can foster connection, healing, and cultural visibility, the circle offers a gentle and supportive space for writers in the ESEA diaspora to develop their creative practice together.

Offered freely as a community initiative, the circle reflects Romalyn’s ongoing commitment to championing underrepresented voices and building meaningful literary spaces.
